Reservations

By making a reservation at Stalis Beach Side Studios, you declare full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, booking, payment and cancellation policies of the Stalis Beach Side Studios. The terms and conditions described below apply to all bookings.

All listed rates are in Euro, per room and per night, and require a stay of at least six (6) nights. All prices include all legal taxes, VAT and the new “Climate Resilience Tax” (Law 5162/2024, Article 24), which entered into force on 1 January 2025 which is 2.00€/night.

Advance payment and payment

All the bookings are confirmed with an advance payment up to 25% of the total accommodation cost. The rest amount is paid upon your arrival at Stalis Beach Side Studios.

Advance payment must be deposited within three business days of the publication of the Stalis Beach Side Studioss’ proper information. In case the advance payment is not paid within the (3) working days, the reservation is considered void and the rooms are available for rent. A copy of the transaction (deposit receipt) must be sent to the Stalis Beach Side Studios must be sent to the Stalis Beach Side Studios (by email) no later than three (3) days from the booking request.

Upon arrival, full payment of any amount is made, depending on the value of the stay.

Arrival Time – Departure Time

The time of arrival (check in) is between 14.00 - 18.00 and departure time (check out) is between 08.00 - 10.00.

Applicable Law

The above-mentioned terms are governed by Greek law, and Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with them.
